We currently use either Royal Mail 24 or DPD courier service depending on the size/value of package. We aim to despatch all orders the same day they are received (excluding pre-orders) although this may not always be possible for reasons such as stock availability or volume of orders being processed on any particular day. In general, if an order is placed by 4pm (Excludes Singer Bag orders. The cut-off for all Slinger orders is 1pm) on a normal business weekday, Framework Sports will despatch via Royal Mail or DPD on the same business day.
The United Kingdom officially left the EU on 31st January 2020 and the 11 month transitional period ended on 1st January 2021. There are important changes that our customers purchasing from an EU country (or further afield) need to consider.
GOODS SOLD TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
All orders that are shipping outside the UK are treated as ‘Exports’. Such shipments are zero-rated for VAT purposes meaning that no VAT will be charged on your invoice from Framework Sports. When shipping ‘export’ orders, Framework is legally bound to complete a custom’s declaration detailing the shipment contents, value, commodity code and recipient details. Please note that the recipient of the goods will be required to pay customs and/or VAT charges locally before they are able to claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country order is sent to, the value of the order and whether it is a gift or a commercial sale.
You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange the same item (if applicable). If you wish to return goods, please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and include a brief note inside the parcel explaining the reason for return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us. Please ensure all returns are sent to the following address:

You should arrange for the item to be returned to us using a carrier of your choice. We always recommend that returns are sent via recorded/tracked delivery as you are liable for the item until it is received and signed for by Framework Sports. Framework Sports shall only reimburse your return postage costs for a product if it is declared faulty by our returns department or if we have made an error when shipping out the original order. Faulty Product Returns: In some cases, we may be able to handle complaints about possible faulty products if you send us some pictures of the damage and we will endeavour to process the claim without receiving the item back. Please note we are not always able to process claims of faulty goods using images alone. All goods are inspected on return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use.
Upon receipt of the returned goods by Framework Sports, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid (in GBP) or an exchange credit as required. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and the funds transferred using the same method as used in the original sale transaction.

Whether you’re treating sensitive areas or need the full power of the device, the Elite can be controlled in the app via Bluetooth® to select any speed between our scientifically calibrated 1750-2400 PPM range. It also comes with 5 built-in speeds (1750, 1900, 2100, 2200, 2400 percussions per minute).
Elite offers one of our biggest leaps in battery life, with an internal Lithium-ion battery with 120 minutes of continuous use. It’s also wireless charging enabled, so you can conveniently charge the device in our wireless charging stand (sold separately).
The key to true deep muscle treatment is a precise amplitude—essentially how far the arm or shaft of the device extends and retracts to reach the body and deliver each percussion. The Theragun stands apart with a 16 mm amplitude that reaches 60% deeper into muscle than average massagers.
Most low-amplitude, high-speed massagers rapidly vibrate and desensitize the skin. Going beyond mere vibration, the Theragun actually leaves the surface of the skin at 40 times per second, allowing it to target a localized area of the body without the brain acclimating to the stimulation.

Visualise your recovery with a beautifully rendered 3D model that shows you exactly which muscles to treat. You may even get suggestions for additional areas of the body that will help with the treatment of the muscle groups you’re focused on, along with attachment and grip recommendations.
Intuitively designed and easy to use, every feature of the app can be explored with a simple “one thumb” swipe, so you can seamlessly control the app while using your device. With feedback on applied force and speed control between 1750-2400 percussions per minute, your body can communicate with you about what feels best.
The health and activity data collected on your Therabody app stays there, period. We don’t collect, sell, or share any of your data, ever. Feel free to test this by activating Airplane Mode on your phone. You’ll see that the app continues to work independently of any signal, as all of your data is stored locally on your device.
Each routine in the app was personally created by Dr. Jason and our Education team of physical therapists, trainers, and health experts. While he can only be in one place at one time, the app provides each person with a “private appointment” with him when it’s most convenient for you.

Using the Elite
1. To turn on the Elite, firmly press and hold the center button for 2 seconds on the button pad.
2. Press the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons on the button pad to increase or decrease speed.
3. Press the left (<) and right (>) arrows on the button pad to toggle between your Elite’s pre-loaded treatment presets.
4. The Elite should be used with the attachment making perpendicular contact with the skin. Only the attachment of the device should make contact with the skin or area you are treating. Do not use the device at an angle that puts the percussive arm of the device in contact with the skin.
5. To turn off the Elite, firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad until the device shuts down.
Connecting the Attachments
Align the attachment with the tip of the rotating arm and push to connect. To remove, grip the attachment, placing 1 finger on each side of the plastic connector. Pull off the attachment.
Charging the Elite
1. After turning off the device, plug the power adapter into the Elite’s charging port.
2. The battery level will appear on the OLED screen, blinking until the battery is fully charged.
3. Charging is complete when the OLED screen shows 100% and the battery icon is full. The Elite is wireless charging enabled.
To have the Theragun device or a part repaired or replaced under warranty, it must be returned with freight prepaid and insured to Therabody. This warranty does not apply to damage that Therabody determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Therabody authorized personnel, including misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. For any warranty issues, please email info@therabody.com.
Therabody does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, retailers, remote purchasers or the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a retailer to obligate Therabody in any way beyond the terms set forth herein.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, liquids, including but not limited to, water or lotions, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions, loss of use during the period the product is at the Theragun repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Therabody.
This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. Therabody shall have no liability for any incidental, consequential or special damages. In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective and materials are not available, Therabody reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to the sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of Theragun, Inc.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, which may vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty is effective for all Theragun products purchased through a Therabody website within the timelines covered. Any modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.
